Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by S.H. & SONS. Our goal is to ensure transparency and mutual understanding in all business transactions.
Scope of Agreement: This agreement applies to the purchase of products listed by S.H. & SONS, including home decor, gardening products, seasonal items, and other handicrafts.
Order Process: Orders can be placed via email or phone. Minimum order quantities may apply – 250 pieces per product.
Pricing and Payment Terms:
- Prices: Quoted in INR or USD, as per buyer's choice.
- Payment: 40% advance, 60% against Bill of Lading (BL).
Delivery Terms: Delivery will be made within 65 days after payment confirmation. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If an order is placed, sample development is free. Otherwise, sample charges will apply.
Quality Assurance: We adhere to quality standards set by our certifications: ISO-9001-2005, SEDEX, CTPAT, and SCAN Audit.
Liability Limitation: S.H. & SONS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Product Replacement Policy:
- Accidental Damage: If the product is damaged upon delivery, we will replace it after reviewing the claim.
- Manufacturing Defects: If the product has any defects, we will replace it after approval.
- Notify us within 15 days with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
- Replacements delivered within 1-2 weeks after approval.
Refund Policy: S.H.&.SONS follows a no-refund policy. Instead, valid issues are resolved by offering a replacement, where applicable.
Acknowledgment: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
